ABSTRACT: The study shows that an educational and social integration is a right and a matter of justice. lt is fair that people with special needs may attend by the some schools with their brothers and neighbours, receiving an adequate education. The author presents the conditions for such an educational and community integration. The article discusses several categories of integration such as physical, social, and also different kind of integration (proximity, help, service and reciprocity). It justifies the need for such an integration since there are no evidences of any advantage in the existence of segregate places. The author also shows different exampIes of integrative experiences, using resources of the community and assures that integration is an opportunity te increase cooperation, tolerance, understanding and mutual support.
