THE PREVENTION OF DEFICIENCES IN SPECIAL EDUCATION

ABSTRACT: The present work aims to bring the professionals' reflection and researchers of the area the thematic of the prevention of deficiencies. To prevent deficiencies implicates in accomplishing actions to impede the occurrence of facts and harmful phenomena to life and health and, in the case of the occurrence of these, to avoid the progression of your effects. The preventive actions of the areas and disturbances of the development can be led in three levels: primary, secondary and tertiary. For this, the article discusses accomplished researches that include the three prevention levels and it detaches the role and the formation of the early intervention programs as facilitators of the child's development.
