EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA E MUNICIPALIZAÇÃO: A EXPERIÊNCIA EM EDUCAÇÃO ESPECIAL DE PARAGUAÇU PAULISTA
INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AND MUNICIPALIZATION: AN EXPERIENCE IN SPECIAL EDUCATION IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF PARAGUAÇU PAULISTA
ABSTRACT: The paper presents the inclusion project of deaf and mental deficiency in common teaching groups which were developed along with the education department of the municipal district of Paraguaçu Paulista. In this paper the principles and rules that are based the proposal of inclusive education are retrieved and it shows how the special education was interpreted in this project to promote and to make possible the inclusion accomplishment in the above mentioned municipal district. The paper also emphasizes the necessity of attitudes in the political pedagogical ambit, and mainly in the political administrative one, for the effective changes of the school and its teachers to have the execution of a unique and qualified education for all, in otherwords, a real inclusive education.
