ABSTRACT: Based on a dialectical perspective, it is intended to understand how discussions about inclusion of handicapped people are placed nowadays in the regular education system. It is done a brief consideration on formal conceptual aspect regarding the paradigm of inclusion and afterwards, it is taken its interface as an angle of analysis, the exclusion and the contradictory relationship between both along the history. Anchored on some authors’ ideas, questions are raised on how society has organized itself to set alternatives to deal with these members who present differences in relation to the others, having in mind the demands and values disseminated in a context marked by the globalization proposals.
